What a day!

The 26th of April was a memorable day for the Mobile Health Unit and Blue Health Innovation Center (before MIC Vlaanderen). Two partner organizations that have been engaged in digital health innovation for five years celebrated their fifth anniversary @studio Pieter Stockmans.

We welcomed over 150 guests for an inspiring afternoon in the presence of care professionals, patients, entrepreneurs, knowledge partners and policy representatives.

The program was filled with prominent speakers including the Minister of Welfare, Public Health and Family, Jo Vandeurzen, clinical experts (prof. Pieter Vandervoort, prof. Paul Dendale), experts in sensor technology (Chris Van Hoof, Imec) and software pioneers (Eric Kerkhofs, Microsoft). Start-ups (FibriCheck, Byteflies, MoveUp, …) and established companies (Roche, Medtronic, Philips, …) demonstrated their newest mHealth technology and digital services for health care at the innovation market place.
